Computer Coaching, Troubleshooting, and In Home Tech Support

Wired PC Guys believe that all computer users are faced with problems that they cannot handle from time to time. But it's not just troubleshooting that many folks need and want. The average person probably wouldn't consider themselves a "techie", and yet many folks who are gifted with a technical aptitude are not necessarily good teachers. That's where we come in. One of the things that sets Wired PC Guys apart is our ability to teach complicated, technical concepts to non-technical people.

Wired PC Guys provide a wide variety of services, and we believe you will find our prices to be quite competitive. (Compare an entry level house call from most other companies at $150 and up.) Below are some standard services and pricing. For services not listed below, our standard rates are $70 / hour, one hour minimum, charged in quarter hour increments after the first hour. We also charge $30 for a house call. Some services and troubleshooting are best performed off site, so if you drop off your computer, there is no charge for the house call, and there is only a half hour minimum. Standard turnaround time for drop-off services are 3-5 days. Same day to 48 hour turnaround is available for an additional $100 fee. (Many other companies charge close to double their hourly rate for expedited service.)

We are also happy to help you answer questions and troubleshoot your computer over the phone. Phone support also costs $60 / hour and is charged by the minute.
